Bachelor of Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Gabriela has experience in Civil Litigation and, since 2016, has been dedicated to the Area of Insolvency, focusing on restructurings and debt renegotiations, judicial/extrajudicial recoveries, bankruptcy, and individual credit recovery demands, as well as other legal disputes involving banking and financial issues. She also works in the NPL (Non-Performing Loans) segment, with extensive experience in the analysis/due diligence of stressed credit portfolios and single names.
