Elias is graduated in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2012) and holds a specialist title in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2016).
Elias has experience in the area of Credit Recovery, Strategic Litigation and Banking Law, focusing on debt renegotiations, judicial recoveries, extrajudicial title executions, and various litigation procedures involving financial and petrochemical institutions.
